A South African listed Education group faced a number of challenges with their print environment. They had a large number of students and multiple sites, each with its own print server. The solution that was implemented was to move the print infrastructure to an Azure Hosted Cloud. This removed all the on-premises servers and allowed Printsol to manage the server. This has reduced the amount of time IT spends patching updates such as MS and Firewall which could affect the Print Operations. Because Printsol manages the server, access to resolve issues is faster, and has improved the Time to resolution significantly.
