We recently installed Print Director – Print Management Software to manage our Print, Copy and Scan environment. After our initial scepticism, our fears were allayed by an efficient POC. We then rolled out the Print Director software with the assistance of the Printsol Team. The process was tracked and monitored, and we had visibility on the progress of the rollout, and any challenges were communicated timeously, and dealt with efficiently and professionally by the Printsol Team. The product is easy to administer and easy to use and allows us to have visibility and control of our Print, Copy and Scan environment from a central point. I would recommend Print Director and Printsol to other companies wanting to have control of their Print environment, reducing costs, and reducing IT departments load.
